Yimi Bridge provides coordination, interpretation, translation, reception, and administrative support services for international clients in China. This page explains what we can support, what we do not provide, and where client responsibility, third-party availability, data handling, and legal review may apply.

Yimi Bridge provides coordination and support services only. We are not a legal, medical, immigration, travel agency, financial advisory, insurance, government, or emergency service institution.

Clear Service Boundaries

These boundaries are designed to make the service process clear, realistic, and responsible for clients, third parties, and the Yimi Bridge team.

Business Service Boundary

Yimi Bridge may assist with itinerary planning, meeting coordination, factory visit coordination, interpretation, document translation, local reception, transportation, accommodation, and on-site support.

  • We do not guarantee transaction results, investment returns, supplier performance, supplier quality, price outcomes, commercial agreements, or cooperation results.
  • Supplier due diligence, legal review, tax review, investment advice, and contract review require separate qualified professional support where applicable.

Medical Service Boundary

Yimi Bridge provides medical administrative coordination, appointment assistance, interpretation, document translation, process guidance, and accompaniment support only.

  • We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, medication advice, clinical intervention, emergency medical response, or medical decision-making.
  • All medical decisions and treatment plans must be made by licensed medical institutions and qualified physicians.

Translation and Interpretation Boundary

Translation and interpretation support is limited to language conversion and communication assistance. It does not verify the accuracy, legality, medical validity, or commercial reliability of the original information.

  • Business interpretation does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or contract advice.
  • Medical document translation is limited to language conversion and formatting support; it does not constitute medical explanation, diagnosis, treatment advice, or medication advice.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid documents, timely confirmations, truthful service requirements, and necessary third-party permissions.

  • Clients remain responsible for personal decisions, payments, travel documents, legal compliance, and decisions made with third-party institutions.
  • For medical matters, patients, family members, licensed medical institutions, and qualified physicians remain responsible for medical decisions.

Data and Privacy Boundary

Yimi Bridge treats client information, identity documents, medical records, itineraries, and business documents as confidential service information.

  • Sensitive personal information, medical records, passport information, payment information, and cross-border data processing require careful handling and may require qualified legal review.
  • A website notice cannot remove all compliance, security, or operational risk considerations for every data scenario.

Emergency and Force Majeure

Yimi Bridge is not an emergency medical, security, insurance, government, or public rescue provider. In urgent situations, clients should contact local emergency channels, licensed medical institutions, or relevant authorities directly.

  • Service availability may be affected by third-party confirmation, institutional rules, traffic, weather, public health measures, legal requirements, local regulations, or other force majeure events.
